Target: Tark and Isa in civilian house at Welling Village (X: 433, Y: 1699)

Game Plan: Walk and enter the last house at Welling Village (X: 433, Y:1699). Click on Isa, he need you to bring him three Lauans in exchange he will teach method for make raft.

Note: You can do the quest of Lost Axe before this so we can get free Lauans.
